No that was Atlas
To add clarification: im sure Atlas has quite a bit of its base started from PETMAN, but they serve completely different purposes. PETMAN has a "skin" embedded in sensors and is used primarily to test the function of safety gear to ensure chemicals aren't leaking through. Atlas is designed for agility and the like and is intended to be used for search and rescue type missions.

ATLAS LOOK AT YOUR ANCESTOR. IT LOOKS SO SLOW AND YES. THEY DID HAVE WIRES CONNECTED THE CEILING TO MAKE THEM WALK. BUT LOOK AT YOU ATLAS. YOU DONT HAVE WIRES CONNECTED TO THE CEILING.
